The Hamptons look is one of my favorite coastal design styles. When I think of this style the home from the movie Somethings Gotta Give always comes to mind.
You do not need a second home at the Haptoms to create this look. I think this look would look so good in any coastal or inland home. This look is definitely for those who want a more elevated and timeless coastal design style. This post goes over my top tips for decorating and achieving this style.

Open vs closed floor plans can be controversial however I’m all for a open floor plan. I think when done correctly it can be the perfect balance of spaciousness while still being cozy. When working with an open floor plan aim to create intimate seating arrangements in both the living and dining room areas.
